We are looking for an exceptional Staff Analyst to join our Product Business Operations team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Business Operations. You will be responsible for :
- Driving strategic initiatives to optimize churn, increase deployments, and operationalize customer-valued features
- Solving ambiguous problems using hypothesis-driven frameworks and analytical tools to create actionable insights
- Mentoring junior analysts and providing thought leadership to elevate team capabilities and support business leaders
- Leading cross-functional projects from ideation to execution, ensuring timely completion and alignment with objectives
- Improving business performance by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable processes and frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field, with an MBA from a top-tier institution highly preferred
- 8+years of experience in SaaS, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations roles within high-growth companies
- Expert proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets, alongside advanced Python skills for data analysis, automation, and machine learning
- Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to create impactful dashboards and reports
- Communicating effectively to influence and build consensus among senior stakeholders
- Driving projects independently with an entrepreneurial mindset and ownership
- Connecting data insights to strategic business objectives through strong business acumen
