- Total experience 7+years.
- Hands on experience in social media copywriting and content strategy, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Deep understanding of B2B communication nuances across platforms like LinkedIn, X, Meta, and YouTube.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous social media content and campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with social media management tools; experience with Talkwalker is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and web content optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from performance data.
- Ability to balance and align stakeholder requirements with creative storytelling.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B social media content strategy aligned with the overall marketing and brand goals.
- Create engaging, on-brand, and audience-specific content for platforms including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, Meta, and YouTube.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content in coordination with internal stakeholders (Go-To-Market, Employer Branding, and Design teams).
- Collaborate on integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive storytelling across all social touchpoints.
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity to identify engagement opportunities.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, generate insights, and continuously optimize content for engagement and conversions.
- Stay updated on platform changes, emerging B2B trends, and best practices to keep the social media strategy agile and relevant.
- Partner with analytics teams to create regular reports on campaign performance and recommend actionable improvements.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure messaging aligns with business objectives and audience expectations.
- Support crisis communication and community engagement efforts as needed, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
