Role Overview:
As a Staff Data Analyst for Rocket Growth Product – Seller Experience, you will be solving business problems related to seller experience, seller growth and pricing for Coupang Rocket Growth Product.
What will you Do:
- Define the right metrics for the business and create dashboards to track and root-cause movements in the key metrics
- Work with large and complex datasets to derive insights
- Communicate insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
- Participate in experimentation design, A/B tests, product analytics, cohort studies and measuring the effectiveness of product launches
- Prioritization and time-management in a fast-paced environment, with deep problem-solving for the problem at hand
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and suggest improvements
- 7+ years of relevant working experience in a data analytics role
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL and Python/R for data extraction, manipulation and analysis
- Strong knowledge of data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau or other tools) and data storytelling to communicate insights effectively to non-experts
- Business-level fluency in English
- Experience with data engineering tools such as GitHub and Airflow
- Strong knowledge of statistics, ML techniques
- Previous experience in e-commerce, logistics, or AdTech companies

Our Hybrid work model: Coupang hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration that acts a catalyst to enrich the experience of employees. Employees are required to work at least 3 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week, depending on the role requirement. Some businesses may require more time in office due to nature of work.
