Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience 7+ years
- Strong experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, customizations, and enhancements to meet business requirements.
- Expertise in Salesforce declarative features, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other technologies.
- Experience in implementing data modeling, object relationships, and data migration tasks within Salesforce.
- Strong Knowledge of any two Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and experience cloud.
- Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and architects to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience with creating and maintaining custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and process builder configurations.
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining Lightning applications and components for a seamless user experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools and best practices for process optimization.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues in Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Ability to stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and new features, and recommend their application to improve business processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to document technical specifications, solution designs, and coding standards.
- Proven ability to mentor junior developers, sharing best practices and insights..
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Writing and reviewing great quality code
- Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs in the context of the project
- Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it
- Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
- Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
- Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs
- Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it
- Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
- Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
- Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
- Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken
- Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
