- Total experience 6+ years
- Strong hands-on experience in Mainframe with Natural-Adabas development and JCL
- Strong experience in Natural and Adabas technologies
- Ability to engage effectively with customers and business stakeholders
- Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting technical and business requirements
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective and scalable technical solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of application development and technical solution design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with technical and business team.
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, maintain, and support applications using Natural-Adabas technologies
- Engage with customers to understand business needs, technical requirements, and application challenges
- Gather and analyze both technical and business requirements
- Translate business and technical requirements into effective technical solution
- Participate in technical discussions with customers and stakeholders
- Analyze existing applications and identify opportunities for improvement and optimizatio
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support Natural-Adabas solution
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions within defined timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of technical solution
- Provide technical guidance and contribute to solution design and implementation
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements, technical standards, and quality expectations
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
