REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience - 5+ years
- Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow ITSM module
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST APIs or Integration Hub
- Proficiency in designing and configuring workflows and automations using Flow Designer
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and custom application development
- Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) modules
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams in time-sensitive environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in enhancing local IT experiences using ServiceNow automation is an added advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions
- Build and manage integrations with external systems
- Develop and configure workflows and automations using Flow Designer
- Customize ServiceNow applications using scripting and best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Support testing, UAT, and production deployments
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
- Continuously enhance system performance and user experience through improvements and automation
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
