What will you do? 🤔
Design and build scalable, reliable backend systems and services that power data collaboration use cases like metadata enrichment, governance, lineage, and more.
Own system architecture and drive decisions across distributed services, APIs, and asynchronous workflows.
Deploy and manage services in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) using modern DevOps practices and Kubernetes for orchestration and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, frontend, data) to turn complex business needs into robust engineering solutions.
Leverage GenAI tools and workflows in your daily engineering practice—for prototyping, debugging, documentation, and decision support.
Lead technical deep dives, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers across the team.
Drive a high standard of engineering excellence in performance, reliability, testing, and observability.
What makes you a match? 😍
Over 8 years of experience building and scaling backend systems, preferably in cloud-first or SaaS environments.
Strong software engineering fundamentals, with deep experience in designing distributed systems, APIs, and asynchronous architectures.
Proficient in deploying and operating services on cloud platforms, using Kubernetes for container orchestration and workload management.
Experienced with CI/CD pipelines, version control workflows, and production-grade system monitoring.
You naturally embed GenAI tools into how you write, debug, test, and ship code—treating them as an extension of your engineering process.
You have bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and a track record of leading complex projects from design to production.
Bonus: Exposure to the modern data stack or experience in metadata, governance, or AI-enhanced platforms.
