Your team will: 

  • Work on high-impact projects that solve critical business problems. 
  • Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance systems. 
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software. 
  • Continuously improve the team's processes and practices to enhance productivity and quality. 
  • Engage in regular knowledge sharing and technical discussions to foster a collaborative environment. 

You will: 

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex software solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of our systems. 
  • Drive technical innovation and advocate for best practices in software engineering.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Contribute to the development of technical roadmaps and strategies.

About you: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend systems.
  • Proven experience leading technical teams and projects. 
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go. 
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills. 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. 
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark or Hadoop.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs. 
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
