Our versatile team boasts unique expertise across enterprise technology platforms and business processes. As a key member of the Enterprise Solutions Enablement team, you will help lead the charge in simplifying the ERP landscape, transforming with Cloud-native technology and operationalizing AI within our systems.Job Description
What you’ll do
Strategic IT Leadership: Proactively lead and oversee multiple high-level data migration and conversion engagements across the Power Enterprise Solutions organization, aligning technical execution with desired business vision and outcomes.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Drive accountability and delivery by managing vendor relationships and maintaining strategic partnerships with vendor senior management to ensure alignment with project goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead collaborative efforts between business, technical, and functional teams to facilitate seamless data gathering, governance, and comprehensive reporting across organizational boundaries.
Project Planning & Execution: Define comprehensive execution plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets, while ensuring strict adherence to pre-defined project management processes and best practices.
Operational Problem Solving: Support execution teams by identifying and resolving complex roadblocks, interdependencies, and project risks to maintain project continuity throughout its lifecycle.
Innovation & Data Integrity: Drive efficiency through Automation and AI (e.g., LSMW) for intelligent data mapping while establishing rigorous validation protocols to ensure a "clean core" and data integrity within PMx.
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience, or equivalent knowledge.
A minimum of 10 years of technical experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions within IT program/product areas.
5 years of ERP experience , should have worked in ERP ( SAP/Oracle ) as a functional or technical expert and have knowledge of Business Processes
