About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  

Years of Service – Fresher or less than 1 year of relevant experience.
Education – MSc Chemistry (General, Organic, Inorganic, Physical & Analytical), MSc Polymer Science.

  • Strong domain knowledge in chemistry and related technology fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
  • Proficiency in computer and internet usage with good typing skills.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Well-organized, disciplined, and adheres to processes and quality standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective time management.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Analyze patent documents and prepare editorially enhanced technical summaries in line with DWPI abstracting guidelines.
  • Write concise and informative abstracts including descriptive titles, use cases, novel features, advantages, and key insights about the invention.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly production and quality benchmarks.
  • Keep abreast of ongoing developments and emerging trends in relevant scientific domains.
  • Continuously identify and pursue relevant technical training for professional development.
  • Support ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
  • Contribute to maintaining high content quality standards for global patent intelligence products.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of value-added patent content for Clarivate customers.
