Designation: Strategic Accounts Manager
SBU: DUNS Registered Solutions (CBIG Sales)
Key Responsibilities-
- New business development and managing key accounts.
- New customer acquisition in assigned territory and complete ownership of existing accounts.
- Ensure desired retention rates on the existing account base.
- Provide industry updates/D&B updates on products, literature, at regular intervals to clients and maintain a constant relationship with the existing customers.
- Explore opportunities of upselling accounts through Cross- Sell/Upsell via other D&B product & offerings.
- Daily reporting and managing all sales activity for self and team.
- Would be responsible for driving individual and team targets.
- Periodic Meetings with the customers (newly onboarded and existing).
- Responsible for the overall accounts receivables, document collection for the allotted accounts.
- Always ensure process adherence and error free timely delivery of projects.
- Liaising with the operations team for a smooth delivery of the end-product and ensuring the service expectations of the customers are met.
- Maintaining the data/client contact details in appropriate data warehouses hygienically.
- Progress Reviews and Forecasting Reports are filed periodically as required by the management.
- Regular update of all the activities in the tools provided and track the movement of all such activities.
Key Requirements-
- MBA or any post-graduation with relevant experience of 2.5 -4 years in new client acquisition and handling key accounts and at least 1-2 years of experience in handling a team.
- Strong experience in B2B sales/corporate sales.
- Experience in complete sales cycle.
- Should not have apprehensions to travel beyond city limits for the interest of business.
- Strong record of achieving sales year on year.
- Proven selling skills, especially handling key accounts.
- Should have good knowledge of the local commercial and Industrial Belts.
- Ability to comprehend and analyze financial statements.
- Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment.
