Position Overview
We're searching for a Strategic Solutions Advisor to join our Account Management team on a remote basis or hybrid from an Applied Systems office. In this role , you will build relationships with our largest customers to drive maximum utilization of Applied products, improving the retention of our extended solutions. By acting as the voice of the customer, you will offer valuable feedback to Applied teams, ensuring our product functionality and services fulfill client needs, fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction .

What You'll Do
- Work each day with our largest customer s to ensure they are receiving value from the Applied extended solutions through increased usage and adoption
- Identify extended solution adoption barriers and work across our product , engineering and services teams to help tackle those customer challenges
- Demonstrate advanced extended solution product knowledge of at least one Applied solution (Applied Epic for Salesforce, Applied Benefits Designer, Applied CSR24, Applied Dashboards, Applied Marketing Automation, Applied Mobile, Epic) including a deep understanding of workflows
- Develop, implement and maintain extended solution adoption programs that drive value to customers and increase product adoption
- Promote the adoption of our solutions by hosting exclusive webinars and workshops
- Provide product expertise during Applied Net strategic tracks and customer panels
- Serve as the Product Readiness Lead for the Account Management team, delivering essential updates and conducting team training as required
We're Excited to Learn More About You
Your experience may include:
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in customer success, account management, or client services
- Experience leading or supporting corporate initiatives
- Comfortable presenting to Executive leader s / C-Suite
- Experience managing renewals , cancellations and overall account success
- Experience driving customer needs and requirements intro product management and engineering
- Understanding of product development and release practices and how to opti mize those practices for large enterprise customers
- Familiarity with common support and incident management procedures
You may have other skills or credentials, including:
- 2-3 years' experience using, and implementing, training, or selling Applied Extended Solutions (Applied Epic for Salesforce, Applied Benefits Designer, Applied CSR24, Applied Dashboards, Applied Marketing Automation, Applied Mobile, and Indio)
- Experience in an insurance-related role or knowledge in areas such as P&C Servicing, Employee Benefits Servicing/Account Management, or Insurance Technology/Automation
- Proficiency in Salesforce and a high attention to detail
