The Global Delivery Centre (GDC) in Gurugram is ERM’s global operating backbone. It delivers business enablement services in Finance, HR, IT, and Commercial Operations to ensure ERM’s global business runs seamlessly, efficiently, and consistently.

At the GDC, you will:

  • Be part of a hub that ensures ERM’s business continuity worldwide.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across geographies to support global operations.

  • Drive consistency, compliance, and efficiency in core functions.

  • Work with digital, automation, and AI-enabled tools to optimise how ERM operates.

  • Work in shifts where required, depending on the role. As processes mature and automation increases, reliance on shifts will reduce.

Why this role matters?

As a Talent Intelligence Specialist, you will support ERM’s global hiring strategy by building talent pipelines, conducting market research, and providing data-driven talent insights. You will work within the Global Talent Acquisition team, partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders across regions to identify and engage top talent. This role is critical in enabling proactive workforce planning, improving hiring outcomes, and supporting ERM’s growth through informed talent decisions.

  • Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for specialist and hard-to-fill roles across global markets.

  • Provide actionable talent market intelligence, including salary benchmarking, talent availability, and competitor insights.

  • Enhance candidate engagement by creating meaningful outreach and relationship-building initiatives.

  • Support strategic workforce planning through talent mapping and market research.

  • Contribute to a strong employer brand by effectively communicating ERM’s culture, values, and career opportunities.

What will you bring?

  • 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, talent intelligence, recruitment research, or executive search.

  • Strong expertise in candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, social platforms, and advanced search techniques.

  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms, preferably Workday.

  • Excellent research, analytical, and data interpretation skills.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to craft compelling candidate messaging.

  • Experience gathering and presenting talent market insights, salary benchmarks, and competitor intelligence.

  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications, skills & competencies

  • Experience supporting global recruitment or shared services environments.

  • Exposure to talent mapping, workforce planning, or executive search methodologies.

  • Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting tools.

  • Experience using AI-enabled sourcing, automation, or talent intelligence platforms.

  • Certification in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or related disciplines.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain talent pools for critical and niche skill areas across global regions.

  • Conduct market mapping, talent research, and competitor intelligence activities.

  • Source and engage prospective candidates through professional networks, databases, and digital platforms.

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand current and future talent requirements.

  • Maintain accurate candidate information and talent pipelines within ATS/CRM systems.

  • Develop candidate engagement strategies to nurture passive talent communities.

  • Gather and analyze talent market data, including compensation benchmarks and hiring trends.

  • Prepare reports and insights for recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership teams.

  • Support employer branding initiatives through candidate outreach and market engagement activities.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, processes, and candidate experience.

  • Stay current with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging talent acquisition technologies.

  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality throughout the sourcing and talent intelligence process.
