This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Strategic Sourcing Manager in Apodaca with Signify.
Owns end-to-end management of strategic suppliers, ensuring cost competitiveness, supply continuity, quality, and alignment with business strategy.
Leads commercial negotiations (pricing, contracts, MOQs, Incoterms) and drives cost savings and competitiveness initiatives.
Manages supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, QBRs, audits, and corrective action plans.
Defines and executes supplier strategy, including segmentation, consolidation, and risk reduction.
Acts as the primary supplier interface, collaborating cross-functionally to support new product introductions and sourcing decisions.
More about you
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with strong exposure to inventory management and strategic planning.
Solid experience managing suppliers, contracts, price negotiations, inventory, and rebates. Strong market knowledge and market intelligence, including exposure to commodities such as aluminum and copper, with a clear ownership mindset.
Supply Chain or Logistics certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM or CSCP) are a strong advantage.
Fluent in English is a must.
Willingness to travel approximately 30–50% as required.
