We’re looking for an enthusiastic Strategy & Operations Intern to join the Mind team! You will be responsible to help support the Associate General Manager and the operations team with multiple cross-function initiatives that require data tracking, project planning and execution. This is a curricular or extra-curricular internship program. The duration will depend on the student’s availability or the requirements set by their university and course. Sword provides a daily internship allowance for both curricular and extra-curricular interns.
What you'll be doing:
- Assisting in the definition, tracking, and reporting of key operational and performance metrics;
- Owning and maintaining data sheets and dashboards for the team;
- Conducting data analysis to support decision making and surface improvement opportunities;
- Identifying inefficiencies in current workflows and helping propose or test process improvements;
- Supporting the organization and facilitation of internal meetings and workstreams.
What you need to have:
- Good analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information;
- Proficiency in working with sheets and Looker is a must;
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities, being able to manage multiple priorities effectively;
- Proficient in spoken and written English;
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work;
- A collaborative and open mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with diverse teams.
What we would love to see:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Economics and Management or related areas;
- A proactive, resourceful and entrepreneurial spirit;
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain composure under pressure;
- Passion for improving operational efficiency and contributing to the success of a mission-driven organization;
- Familiarity with the healthcare of technology sectors is a plus.
