Objective:
- Lead procurement & Agri Finance area, with deep understanding of finance, operations and supply chain dynamics.
- Create a culture of continuous improvement mindset, simplifying processes, routines, and developing integrated tools to automatize tasks, and free up space to analysis and better work life balance.
- Directly support Procurement Director Brazil and Procurement and Agri senior Leaders on procurement and agriculture performance review, forecast and efficiency opportunities and projects.
- Challenge the business based on data and analysis, build a strong business partnership with key stakeholders, and influence decisions.
- Lead and develop cost analysis and forecast capabilities to drive strategic business decisions based on cost inflation of ingredients, packaging, raw material, and hedge commodities strategy. Anticipate risks and Opps.
- Provide Procurement and Agri costs and efficiency visibility, both vs budget and historical performance.
- Partner with procurement and agriculture teams to drive efficiencies, opportunities and improve cost structure, providing strategic support through actionable insights.
- Lead monthly business cycle, business performance reviews, annual operations plan and 3-Year Strategic Plan processes, ensuring alignment with company goals by collaborating cross-functionally to develop robust plans.
- Be a player in Integrated Business Plan (IBP) process, partnering with finance peers to connect E2E strategy and drive optimal and cost-efficient procurement and agriculture plans.
- Monitor and actively influence on cash metrics (DPO/DIO), ensuring working capital targets are met in alignment with operational and financial objectives.
- Sponsor procurement and agriculture processes and controls continuous improvement to mitigate risks, aligned with company's policies. Support audit processes, SOX Controls reports and Internal Controls assessments.
- Benchmark with other Kraft Heinz BUs on Procurement and Agriculture processes, tools, capabilities to leverage internal knowledge.
- Lead a team of 4 finance professionals, ensuring their functional accountability, priorities alignment, professional development and engagement.
Skills/Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Agronomy, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Robust financial knowledge (P&L, WC, Balance Sheet), and experience in building business partnerships with procurement and agriculture areas.
- Previous experience in Consumer Goods segment, and Agriculture/commodity sector.
- English Advanced
