Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Microsoft Systems Administrator to join our Infrastructure team. You will play a key role in implementing, managing, and maintaining critical technology environments, ensuring their performance, security, and scalability.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Implement, manage, and maintain IT infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, Microsoft and Azure operating systems, networks, and distributed systems.
  • Monitor system performance and availability, proactively identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of IT systems with internal policies and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to plan and execute infrastructure and modernization projects.

Qualifications

  • Solid experience with MS Windows Azure and Microsoft Windows Server (minimum 2 years);
  • Advanced knowledge of VMWare, distributed infrastructures, and system integration;
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, DNS, and Linux;
  • Experience with tools such as HP OpenView, Ansible, and MS SQL;
  • Strong skills in automation and scripting: PowerShell, Shell Scripting, VBA, and Python.

  • Workplace type: Hybrid (max. of 3 times per week in the office).
