Job DescriptionCritical role in improving a company’s data quality and efficiency. They analyze internal data, processes and identify improvements using data-driven insights.
Key responsibilities:
- Review end cycle of business Opportunities
Collect and qualify all documents needed in an opportunity making sure all are attached.
- Close opportunities
Align all values in the opportunity with the final approved numbers and close the opportunities.
- Fast track
After verifying signature from the customer / partner will be delivering fast track.
- Data Review on Accounts
Updating ADVOCACY on the account level after every sell to have the correct tracker in the accounts.
- Performance Monitoring:
Sanity check on OF and DARs before submitting contracts.
- Rnd License 3rd party License confirmation
- CRM Hygiene
Track different metric on the opportunities like close date in the past, 1% opportunities and 10% opportunities, upfront payments.
Qualifications- English Professional, French and German are a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of business process modeling and workflow optimization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with teams in finance, marketing, and IT
