  • Join a dedicated IT infrastructure team that is tasked with implementing new and exciting technologies that drive our business efficiencies and support our customer revenue stream.
  • Provide software packaging to all end user end points
  • Be an escalation resource for Help Desk issues and processes


You should definitely have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • A minimum of three years of related experience.
  • Experience working on laptop imaging, hardware deployment and refresh projects.
  • Expert experience in creating/modify application packages and deployment processes
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager Portal
  • Experience of configuration management (SCCM/MECM)
  • Experience managing systems using Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Experience is troubleshooting Windows 10/11 end user devices
  • Experience with JAMF for Mac package deployments and management
  • Familiar with PowerShell scripting
  • Familiar with scripting languages (Batch, powershell, or bash)
  • Experience using Azure Active Directory and hybrid environments
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Experience resolving escalated tickets from the service desk (Tier1/2 support)
  • Experience in Preparing, testing, and deploying software updates/upgrade or OS monthly patches


It would be nice if you had:

  • Familiar with Windows Autopilot
  • Experience with Intune for supporting mobile devices
  • Familiarity with Group Policy Editor
