The Systems Engineer plays a crucial role in implementing and managing IT infrastructures, ensuring that they meet organizational needs effectively. This role involves a deep understanding of system architecture, networking, and troubleshooting complex IT environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage IT solutions for clients, focusing on system performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with project teams to establish the solutions architecture and integration plans.
- Perform system diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
- Enhance infrastructure by evaluating and implementing new technologies.
- Document systems configurations, procedures, and policies.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer or in a similar role.
- Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE).
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge in PowerShell Scripting
- Must have worked on Ansible\AWX Playbooks Scripting
- RHEL Linux Administration - work with different Linux tools and commands, which Includes system installation and configuration, user management
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good knowledge in network configuration, security management, backup and recovery, troubleshooting and automation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with developers, IT teams, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, especially during critical incidents.
- Team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Willing to work in Eastern time zone.
