You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
How you will contribute:
You will develop a strong understanding of cross-functional business acumen to meet and exceed service level agreements and obligations and ensure compliance with Mondelēz International policies and legal requirements. As a co-owner of standard operating procedures, you will champion process standardization, conduct internal operational audits, oversee manual processes while exploring automation opportunities, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), measure team performance and deliver insights to leadership. Additionally, you will help maintain the team's budget by tracking invoices, managing time efficiently, and effectively communicating with vendors to ensure successful onboarding and adherence to budget deadlines. You will foster a culture of accountability and transparency, stakeholder engagement and promote alignment across teams, ultimately enhancing the overall efficiency and performance of operations. Additionally, you will support the team budget through diligent spend tracking, effective time management, and clear communication with stakeholders.

- Process analysis, design, and mapping, with a strong emphasis on gathering and assessing business requirements to identify gaps to enable the enhancement of process efficiency, streamlining workflows, and improving overall performance while ensuring strict compliance with standards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to initiate and drive projects forward, leveraging effective stakeholder engagement and relationship-building to achieve desired results.
