What you can expect

As the Talent Acquisition COE Lead at Zoom, you'll build a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition professionals (including Senior Recruiters and Sourcers) based in India. This team will be focused on Technical hiring in the India market with overflow capacity for both technical and non-technical roles across APAC, EMEA, and AMER regions. You will lead a high-performing team that delivers an exceptional client and candidate experience through results and credibility, while enabling future organizational growth across multiple regions. You will play a pivotal role in adopting and measuring strategies and processes introduced by operations and TA leadership, localizing these global processes to regional relevance when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Leading Talent Acquisition professionals in leveraging productive recruitment channels to attract top

  • talent

  • Mentoring, coaching and developing team performance across multiple specialties and regions

  • Building partnerships with business leaders and provide market intelligence on recruitment trends

  • Shaping business decisions based on data analysis from India and overflow support activities

  • Providing management reports on progress and ensure compliance across systems

  • Leading key TA projects in India and participate in global initiatives

  • Aligning India processes with global standards while adapting to regional needs


What we’re looking for

  • Have 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6+ years with a Master's degree

  • Have 3+ years of people management experience leading recruitment teams in multi-regional contexts

  • Have excellent data-driven decision-making skill and strategic initiative experience

  • Have a deep understanding of the India talent market, with knowledge of APAC, EMEA, and AMER landscapes

  • Be highly organized, operationally astute, and data-oriented

  • Be resilient and solution-focused with ability to adapt to different regional requirements

  • Have excellent communication skills with ability to influence across cultural contexts
