Talent Acquisition & HR Partner
We’re looking for a driven Talent Acquisition & HR Partner to help us to scale the team and strengthen the people foundation. In this hybrid role, you will spend your time driving end-to-end hiring across tech and business roles and HR operations and culture initiatives.
If you enjoy the pace of startups, thrive on building things from scratch, and love both finding great talent and creating an engaging workplace, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:- Own end-to-end hiring for tech and business roles — from sourcing to offer closure, ensuring a strong candidate experience.
- Partner with founders and hiring managers on workforce planning and talent strategy.
- Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline through direct sourcing, referrals and community engagement.
- Drive employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn and startup networks to attract top talent.
- Manage onboarding and induction to deliver a seamless new hire experience.
- Support core HR operations — payroll coordination, HRIS updates, and compliance documentation.
- Run employee engagement initiatives and feedback programs to strengthen culture and retention.
- Partner with leadership on performance management, learning, and development efforts.
- Track and report key people metrics (hiring funnel, retention, engagement insights) for leadership reviews.
- Act as a culture ambassador — ensuring values, communication, and collaboration stay strong as we grow.
- 5-8 years of combined experience in Talent Acquisition and HR, preferably in startups or high-growth tech environments.
- Proven track record of independently closing multiple tech and non-tech roles
- Deep understanding of startup dynamics and comfort with lean processes and ambiguity.
- Hands-on with modern HR and recruiting tools (ATS, HRIS, GSuite, Slack, Notion, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, data-driven, and people-first mindset.
- Experience in employer branding or campus programs.
Thank you very much for your interest in the position. We will also be reviewing your profile across multiple roles within Elevation Capital's portfolio companies!

What you need to know about the Chennai Tech Scene
To locals, it's no secret that South India is leading the charge in big data infrastructure. While the environmental impact of data centers has long been a concern, emerging hubs like Chennai are favored by companies seeking ready access to renewable energy resources, which provide more sustainable and cost-effective solutions. As a result, Chennai, along with neighboring Bengaluru and Hyderabad, is poised for significant growth, with a projected 65 percent increase in data center capacity over the next decade.
