We do so utilizing extremely sophisticated, unique (and patented) Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning software together with a deep understanding of our customers’ asset integrity needs and processes.  Creating a 3D ‘digital twin’ of customer assets. Using drones and Abyss analytics is just the beginning, Abyss comprehensively classifies the ‘state’ of the asset to identify exactly what maintenance is required, providing precise direction. 

Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment function with coordination and administrative tasks. The role is primarily focused on legwork, including making phone calls, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and assisting the HR team in day-to-day hiring activities. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and gain hands-on exposure to the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help in sorting resumes based on criteria shared by HR
  • Making phone calls to candidates for initial screening/availability
  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
  • Maintaining applicant tracking sheets and candidate data
  • Following up with shortlisted candidates regarding updates and feedback
  • Sending interview invites, reminders, and follow-up messages
  • Managing end to end pre and post recruitment activities for 3 months project
  • Maintaining proper documentation and record-keeping

Preferred Skills

  • Good communication skills (verbal + written)
  • Confidence on calls and comfortable speaking with candidates
  • Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets handling
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Eager to learn and grow in HR/Talent Acquisition
