Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who is passionate about people and eager to support our business in Chennai, India. This individual will be responsible for locally implementing the company's talent acquisition strategy and policies, ensuring that Stats Perform is positioned as a strong employer brand, and delivering an exceptional recruitment experience for both candidates and our internal clients.   

Required Qualifications: 

  • Manage and level-up a team, promoting high performance. 
  • Consult on and execute the Chennai Recruitment Strategy aligned with the company guidelines. 
  • Ensure Talent Acquisition is aligned with local business objectives by maintaining strong relationships across teams and effectively supporting overall business growth. 
  • Support an exceptional experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. 
  • Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion practices in our recruitment processes. 
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process following the policies established, from the Kick-off to the candidates’ onboarding. 
  • Handle the full cycle of different recruitment processes when needed. These recruitment processes support our corporate business and operations. 
  • Develop locally specific strategies to attract skilled and relevant candidates through strategic initiatives, external partnerships, and campus activities. 
  • Create and execute Employer Branding activities relevant to Stats Perform to increase our employer brand visibility and to attract the best candidates. 
  • Take responsibility for gathering and presenting recruitment data and analytics to the Management Team. 
  • Contribute to enhancing our recruitment data and analytics by providing improvement suggestions. 
  • India’s Labour law compliance 
  • Provide assistance to the TA Specialists with their daily responsibilities as required, such as walk-in interviews or administrative support.  

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Tamil and English. 
  • Ability to be in the Chennai office 5 days per week. 
  • At least 3 years of previous experience in managing a Recruitment team. 
  • At least 6 years of previous experience in Recruitment activity. 
  • Experience with an ATS and Sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn). 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to positively influence. 
  • Previous experience working with recruitment data and analytics.  
  • Results-driven and business-focused individual.
