We are looking a Talent Acquisition Partner for 6 months who will play a crucial role in sourcing, identifying, screening, and hiring talented individuals for various positions in the company. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Additionally, they should have a solid background in talent acquisition, proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems, and the ability to develop effective sourcing strategies to attract potential applicants. Collaboration with individuals across different business units is also a key aspect of this role.
What You'll Bring:
- A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience from in-house/agencies. Experience in recruiting IT positions is highly preferred
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other business disciplines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to attract and engage candidates.
- Highly organized, detailed orientated with a can-do attitude
- Proactive team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, knowledge with ATS e.g. workday is highly preferred.
- Strong command of written and spoken English
Impact You'll Make:
- Manage key stakeholder relationships as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of our business, function knowledge and/or technical skills, role requirements and desired candidate profiles.
- Manage full life-cycle recruitment including job posting, sourcing, interview arrangement, offers negotiation and on-boarding
- Identify high quality candidates through the proactive sourcing of active and passive candidates via direct channels, job postings, social media, web sourcing, referral, vendors & other innovative sourcing techniques
- Involvement in employer branding initiatives
- HRIS & record keeping - maintenance of the HRIS and other records to ensure employee records are up to date. Working with systems support on issues with the information system to achieve process efficiency
- Manage data reporting and analysis in own area of recruitment activities and results, ensuring reliable information for Management decision- making
- Build talent pipelines to fill current and future roles to drive improvements in time to hire
- Perform other related duties as assigned
