WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Sourcing & Screening: Identify and engage with potential candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and fit for open positions. Conduct initial phone screens to gather candidate information and evaluate interest and suitability.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide candidates with timely updates and clear communication throughout the recruitment process. Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Schedule interviews and manage calendars for hiring managers and interview panels. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information .Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across various platforms.
  • Collaboration & Support: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs and priorities. Support recruitment marketing initiatives, such as career fairs, college recruitment drives, and employer branding efforts. Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • 2-3 years of professional recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience in a corporate or agency environment
  • Experience sourcing and communicating with high-level consulting professionals or technical talent
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Previous experience working with senior executives or senior management
  • Ability to creatively attract top performers in the industry and negotiate offers
  • Have a positive attitude, and focus to get things done
  • Ability to balance ambiguity and problem-solve issues or conflicts with a "can-do" attitude
  • Able to pick up things quickly and easily adapt to changes
  • Is technically savvy; can grasp new systems/software quickly, and is comfortable working with existing ATS systems and new processes
  • Excels at prioritization, time management, and works well with minimal guidance
  • Ability to work with colleagues at all levels of the organization; Demonstrated ability to roll up sleeves and work with team members
  • Ability to think creatively, work collaboratively, and be self-motivated
  • Solid presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills along with good negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Agency recruiting or sourcing experience desired; technical recruiting experience a plus

  • TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Ability to work at the Chennai office 5 days a week from 11 am - 8 pm IST
