Talent Acquisition Sourcer & Coordinator, Assurant-India
The Talent Acquisition Sourcer & Coordinator will cover administrative tasks during the recruitment process. They will possess outstanding communication, professional interpersonal skills, and the agility to function in a fast-paced environment. They will demonstrate the ability to deliver excellent results in a very short timeframe. The individual must be able to multitask and work independently, take a hands-on approach, foresee obstacles and find solutions to overcome, and interface effectively with candidates and business leaders at all levels.
This position will be Hybrid Working at Bangalore location.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Sourcing:
- Identifying potential talent sources through social media, professional networks, and other effective sourcing strategies.
- Screening and evaluating candidate profile and resumes to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Building a strong candidate pipeline for the company’s current and future workforce needs.
- Utilize various online and social media resources (such as LinkedIn, Job Boards, Boolean Searches, and Social Platforms) to build your pipeline.
- Building long-term relationships with active and passive candidates through their network.
Interview Coordination:
- Assist the recruiting team in driving hiring across the business while serving as a liaison between candidates and Talent Acquisition
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on issues or concerns with the recruiting process as it relates to interview scheduling and coordinating.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews (simple and complex, including video conference interviews) and maintain the interview calendar, archive and update information as needed
- Develop metrics to measure sourcing success.
- Create a proactive sourcing strategy to attract top talent.
Candidate Database Management:
- Create talent pipelines for future staffing needs.
- Assist recruiter with maintaining data integrity in applicant tracking system-Workday.
- Maintaining offline and online hiring trackers on a real time basis.
- Perform audits to ensure data accuracy
Candidate Management:
- Provide an amazing candidate experience by championing prospects through their recruiting journey
- Be proactive in attending calls on candidate status and/or open job questions
- Provide company information to candidates
- Promote our employer brand online and offline.
- Build a strong connect with the offered candidate and keep them engage through follow up calls.
What are the requirements needed for this position?
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
- Prior 3-5 years of experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition.
- Prior experience as a Sourcing & Coordinator Specialist
- Experience with Workday-Applicant Tracking System.
- Experience in both IT & Non-IT hiring.
- High level of proficiency with computers, especially MS Office and calendars, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Microsoft teams and other applications
