The Opportunity

We are seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment globally across India, APAC, LATAM, UK, and the US.

This is an individual contributor role where you’ll fully own the recruitment lifecycle—from pipeline building and sourcing to offer closure and onboarding. You’ll be the go-to recruitment partner for hiring managers, ensuring we bring in the right talent at the right time to fuel our rapid growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Independently manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing roles across multiple geographies.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, refine job requirements, and guide on talent strategy.
  • Proactively build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and networking.
  • Drive simultaneous global searches, balancing priorities across different regions and time zones.
  • Deliver a seamless candidate experience, ensuring professional, timely, and transparent communication.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS (Workable) and generate dashboards/reports for stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about labor market trends, local compliance, and regional hiring nuances.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.

Requirements
  • 5–7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in SaaS/tech or fast-scaling startups.
  • Ability to work independently as an IC and manage global hiring.
  • Solid background in high-volume, multi-regional hiring (India/APAC required; LATAM/UK/US a plus).
  • Experience hiring across both tech (engineering, product, etc.) and non-tech (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) roles.
  • Skilled in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, ATS—Workable preferred).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple requisitions.
  • Knowledge of regional employment practices and compliance.
  • Comfortable with MS Office Suite and open to using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for productivity.
  • Professional, discreet, and able to manage confidential information responsibly.
