Manage the recruitment cycle for IT and Non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while maintaining recruitment records.
EbizON is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Dehradun. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across IT and Non-IT functions, ensuring timely and quality hiring aligned with organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Partner with business leaders and department heads to understand hiring needs and role specifications.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, professional networking platforms, and employee referrals.
- Conduct preliminary HR interviews to assess candidate suitability and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases for effective pipeline management.
- Ensure adherence to organizational recruitment policies and standards.
- Contribute to enhancing the employer brand through a professional and seamless candidate experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles.
- Proficient in sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates across diverse functions and levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver within stipulated timelines.
