Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist sources, screens, and hires non-clinician staff. The Talent Acquisition Specialist develops relationships with managers to determine open needs, successful placements, and identifies additional business opportunities. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for building a network of qualified candidates, evaluating skills in relation to the position requirements, negotiating compensation, and overseeing the completion of onboarding requirements.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and referring applicants for non-clinical opportunities within all locations of USACS.
- Searches for candidates via internal databases and Internet Job Boards/Social Media sites. Maintains candidate database and candidate contacts. Uses social media recruiting, trade associations, job fairs and the Internet to source candidates for active job openings.
- Evaluates candidates' strengths and competencies to position requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate. Refers and coordinates candidates for additional interviews with others in organization. Provides information on company and job opportunities to potential applicants.
- Maintains relationships with candidates and candidate sources (local universities, search firm partners).
- Coordinates the interviewing process, including scheduling, coordinating interviewers, feedback compilation, recommendations and dispositioning.
- Manages administrative components of search: candidate tracking, applications, assessment, extending offers, pre-hire and on-boarding processes.
- Maintains recruiting modules in Workday HRIS system.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Results driven, sense of urgency and high standard of professionalism
- Microsoft Office including, Outlook, Work and Excel
- The ability to utilize resources on the internet such as job posting sites and social media
- Experience in HRIS, Workday experience a plus
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 2-years full-cycle recruiting experience required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods and occasionally walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 15 pounds.
- Required to have close visual acuity to perform job
Salary Range:
$51,638.00 - $95,530.00
Salary may be determined on several factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, experience, education, geographical location and requirements stated in job description.
