Job Description
In this role, you’ll be expected to own the recruitment activity for various Go-To-Market (GTM) teams - these would involve hiring for roles such as Sales, Business Development, Presales/Solutions, Customer Support, Customer Success, Partnerships, etc.
You will be primarily involved in discovering the right talent, building a strong employer brand and attracting the right candidates. What you'll be responsible for:
- Creating and developing unique and robust search strategies to identify and attract the best and brightest talent
- Managing, prioritizing and closing searches in the given timelines, while ensuring optimal TA metrics and candidate satisfaction
- Providing a high touch experience throughout the entire recruiting process with both internal stakeholders and candidates while continuously keeping the pipeline active and meeting your hiring goals
- Analyzing data and metrics to drive continuous process and strategy improvement to optimize the hiring process
- Partnering with business units through consultation, applying best practices to optimize for the best hiring decision and talent strategy
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of industry experience in the end-to-end recruitment life cycle especially catering to GTM (Sales / Customer facing) roles
- Strong stakeholder management and commitment to continuous improvement
- Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market intelligence, mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing management decision-making
- Ability to execute recruitment strategy keeping a strong bar for candidate experience, diversity sourcing, and interview processes.
- Target driven, detail-oriented, and approachable with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Clear written and spoken communication
