You Will:

  • Report to Regional Talent Acquisition Lead seated in Singapore, and working closely with the talent team to understand hiring needs and develop creative strategies to grow our Chennai Software Lab.
  • Identify and utilize useful tech talent channels, social media, and other creative tools to source candidates and build a sustainable product and engineering talent pool
  • Identify, assess, and manage the candidates through the recruitment process and support the full employee life cycle
  • Utilize data and metrics to generate recruitment insights, market research to enhance the overall effectiveness
  • Have the opportunity to work on other people & culture initiatives such as talent development, attraction and retention

You Have:

  • 3-4 years of sourcing experience in an agency or in-house under your belt, recruiting for technical positions in product and software engineering with an emphasis in India.
  • Experience in research and market mapping to proactively identify and engage qualified candidates
  • A resourceful self-starter who can create systematic and effective sourcing pipelines, keenest to stay ahead of the competition
  • Abreast with local labour laws, and HR best practices
  • Adaptable and not shy from being creative to evolve with business needs
