Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and business units. This role requires strong stakeholder partnership and hiring expertise, along with a working knowledge of Excel and data analysis to prepare recruitment reports. A keen interest in AI-driven recruitment and process automation is essential to continuously improve hiring efficiency and enhance the candidate experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and talent market trends
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and talent communities
- Leverage AI tools and recruitment technologies to enhance sourcing, screening, scheduling, and reporting
- Actively contribute to automation of recruitment processes to improve speed, quality of hire, and scalability
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, funnel effectiveness) and share insights with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, hiring guidelines, and diversity & inclusion standards
Education and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent degree
- Comfortable working with digital tools, such as job boards, LinkedIn, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), MS Office.
- Attention to detail, time management and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals
- Interest in improving and automating recruitment processes to save time and improve efficiency
- Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of employer branding activities (job postings, social media hiring posts, career pages)
