This is Ayushi, the Recruiting Manager at Fresh Prints.
Fresh Prints was my first full-time job after finishing my degree. I joined thinking it’d be a place to try new things and see where it takes me — and that mindset ended up shaping my entire growth here.
I started as a Training Associate, coaching Campus Managers who would eventually be doing sales, even though I had never done sales myself. That experience quickly showed me what Fresh Prints truly values: not what you already know, but how fast you learn, how well you take feedback, and how willing you are to figure things out.
Less than two years later, I moved into campus recruiting, hiring the very role I once trained. Having seen Campus Managers from training, interviewing, and recruiting gave me a clear view of what actually predicts success — far beyond resumes or college names.
When I joined, campus recruiting was largely volume-driven. Over time, we shifted our focus to quality, rethinking how we source, evaluate, and engage candidates. We experimented beyond LinkedIn — across Handshake, social campaigns, and unconventional channels — and built a process that values thoughtful outreach and iteration.

Your job is to help Fresh Prints find more incredible students who drive revenue. You’ll do this by working directly on sourcing, qualifying, and converting leads into Campus Managers.

Responsibilities
- Conduct research and source leads
- Prepare a thorough and detailed recruitment process plan
- Promoting and marketing the CM job through outbound recruiting campaigns including calls, emails, texts, etc
- Screen potential CM candidates
- Scheduling initial prospecting meetings with our Business Development Managers
- Work with our Campus Recruiting Manager & Associates to hit quarterly recruiting goals
- Prepare a weekly report on recruiting metrics
- Coordinate with our recruiting & training teams
Requirements
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills along with a neutral accent
- Fluency in English is a must
- Great interpersonal and people skills
- 1+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
- Detail-oriented and meticulous with work
- Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects

Job Location
- This role is 100% remote!
Work Timing
- This is a salaried role, not an hourly role. However, to make sure we can coordinate across time zones we ask that everyone in this role be available for meetings/emails/g-chats, etc at least from approximately 7:30 PM IST - 4:30 AM IST.
