What you will do:
- Implement Apptio Targetprocess instance and partner with business functions to gain user adoption
- Collaborate with account management, pre-sales, and customers to drive toward desired outcomes aligning to our implementation package offerings
- Act as the primary point of contact for the customer and initiate the implementation process
- Manage the engagement with the customer to correctly structure, implement, and deploy Apptio
- Collaborate with Customers on a “Train the Trainer” approach for a core group ApptioTargetprocess.
- Power Users on Apptio Targetprocess Basics, administration, advanced reporting, and solutions implemented
- Gather customer feedback and work with the Product Management team to recommend how to improve product usability
- Troubleshoot customer issues during implementation and collaborate with support and development teams to resolve
- Solution Management - install/configure pre-defined and custom Apptio tool solutions aligning with customer needs.
- Create custom Apptio Targetprocess views, reports, and dashboards
- Configure Apptio Targetprocess process parameters and settings
- Create custom Apptio Targetprocess automation rules and metrics for event-based customization
- Import customer data
- Configure integrations with 3rd party products Jira, Azure DevOps, etc

Qualifications and Skills:
- Accomplished Apptio Targetprocess or Planview (Agileplace) or Digital AI (Version 1) or Clarity/Rally or Planisware as administrator/ implementor/ solution architect.
- 6-8 years of experience with implementation, configuration and administration of partner tools such as Aha!, with Project management & agile experience.
- Slack, Jira Software, Confluence, and key 3rd party add-ons
- Should have experience as project manager/ solution architect/ Lead in any of the tool implementations - Apptio Targetprocess or Planview (Agileplace) or Digital AI (Version 1) or Clarity/Rally or Planisware
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables at any given time through effective time management and planning
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones
- Someone who is eager to grow their IT skills in a fast-paced IT environment. A highly motivated and self-guided individual who is able to receive a task and see it through with minimal supervision
- Ability to analyze situations, form ideas, and get creative to provide solutions. Pride yourself on strong communication, relationship-building, and facilitation skills
- You need to be a quick learner.
- Bachelors degree in CSE/ IT with MBA in Finance is preferred.
- Apptio Targetprocess certification an added advantage
- Knowledge or experience in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) will have an added advantage.
- Preferred to have good knowledge/ hands-on experience in JavaScript, JSON and API.
