Your Impact on our Mission
As a Team Lead in our Data Analytics team, you will lead the data analytics, visualization, and reporting efforts for a specific segment of the business - such as patient, provider, or platform. Your primary focus will be to empower stakeholders with actionable, self-service insights that drive strategic decision-making and ensure the ongoing health and growth of the business.
As part of your responsibilities, you will oversee a team of 2-5 analysts, guiding their work on key projects, setting priorities, and providing coaching to support their professional growth. You will play a critical role in building a data-driven culture, ensuring the delivery of high-quality analytics solutions, and fostering continuous improvement within the team.

Your day to day is…
- Leading and overseeing the work of a team of 2-5 analysts, ensuring the successful execution of all data visualization, analytics, and reporting efforts
- Developing a deep understanding of key business metrics for your supported segment and proactively identify opportunities to enhance core business reporting and insights
- Providing continuous coaching and mentorship to your team, fostering both technical and interpersonal growth to support their career development
- Ensuring the team adheres to technical best practices, particularly in Looker and SQL, to deliver efficient, accurate, and visually compelling dashboards and analytics
- Establishing and maintaining processes to guarantee the consistent delivery of high-quality, reliable outputs, aligned with business needs
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to align on priorities, setting clear expectations, and ensuring deadlines are met, building trust and ensuring satisfaction with deliverables
- Driving improvements in workflows and team processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and the overall impact of analytics work
You’ll be successful in this role if you have…
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized and reputed institution.
- 4-6 years of professional experience in data management, analysis, visualization, metrics tracking, and complex data modeling.
- Advanced expertise in SQL, with a strong ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex queries.
- Advanced proficiency in Looker, including a deep understanding of LookML and dashboard development.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with experience in using advanced functions for data analysis and reporting.
- Python would be good to have.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within teams and work independently to achieve team objectives.
