As an Optimise Account Management Team Leader on the Optimise team in our Gurgaon office, you’ll play a vital role in driving revenue growth for small and medium-sized publishers worldwide. You will lead a team of account managers across multiple regions, helping them achieve their goals while managing and optimizing a large portfolio of existing accounts. Your analytical mindset and strategic approach will ensure publishers maximize their success on Taboola’s platform.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience managing a high-performing team.
- 3+ years of client-facing experience in sales or account management.
- Proficiency with data analytics tools to track performance and optimize client strategies.
- Ability to prioritize and manage a large portfolio of accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to driving revenue growth.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in the ad-tech space.
- People management experience across different regions.
How you’ll make an impact:
As an Optimise Account Management Team Leader, you’ll bring value by:
- Leading and mentoring a team of account managers to achieve revenue and performance targets.
- Analyzing sales performance data and developing strategic optimization plans.
- Managing and growing relationships with small and medium-sized publisher partners.
- Identifying upsell opportunities and collaborating with internal teams to execute strategies.
- Owning the team’s quarterly revenue and activity goals.
- Coordinating cross-functional efforts to enhance operational efficiency.
