Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Reviewing Section-6 (Privacy Risk questions) of the Inherent Risk Questionnaire.
• Review will include (not limited to) reviewing the description of the services, validating the responses provided by the business requestor, following up on email or scheduling a call with business requestor (if required) to get clarity on the services and for amending IRQ responses.
• Liaise with business requestor for clarification and submit a 'Challenge' of any identified responses that are inconsistent with type of services to be provided by the Supplier/Vendor
• Complete each Challenge resulting in proper Inherent Risk Rating to trigger VRA as appropriate to the level of identified risk.
• Reviewing and completing all the IRQ challenges within a defined SLA of 7 days
• Escalating non-responsive cases to the PCG
• Follow up on open risk findings, including pursuing action plans to completion and negotiating due dates with vendors.
• Publishing weekly updates with regards to workload, IRQ/VRA progress, and any escalations.
Required Skills
• Experience with TPRM, as well as regional and global experience with Privacy risk assessments
• Good Understanding on global privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA etc
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• CIPP, CIPM, ISO certified lead auditors or those with an audit background.
• Ability to multitask and take on multiple assessments, across multiple regions.
