In this role as a Technology Resiliency Risk & Controls - Vice President your expertise in cybersecurity and risk management will shape our global technology resilience. You will be responsible for supporting and implementing strategic enhancements of the Technology Resiliency controls framework, and implementing sustainable and measurable controls that shape technology's adherence to business resiliency requirements underpinned by industry best practices.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong diverse set of technical skills and ability to collaborate across various teams to enhance the resilience and recovery capabilities of technology systems and critical services.

Job responsibilities
- Develop & Support Resiliency Strategies: Enhance and implement robust technology resiliency capabilities to mitigate risks associated with plausible disruptive events.
- Control Implementation & Adherence: Implementation and adoption of risk management policies, standards, and controls to establish and maintain proactive mitigation mechanisms enabling technology availability, recovery, and restoration.
- Risk Assessments: Support regular risk and impact assessments of technology systems to identify vulnerabilities and recommend controls to strengthen resilience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with information technology, cyber security, and business continuity teams as a trusted partner to ensure alignment and integration of technology resiliency practices
- Monitoring and Reporting: Drive risk and performance execution to continuously validate and assess effectiveness of technology resiliency controls.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure technology resiliency controls comply and adhere with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Incident Response: Participate in incident response planning and root cause analysis to ensure that technology systems can prepare and recover quickly from disruption.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience or equivalent expertise in technology risk management, information security, or related field, emphasizing risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks, industry standards, and financial industry regulatory requirements, e.g. NIST, CIS, ISO/IEC 27001
- Proficient knowledge and expertise in data security, risk assessment & reporting, control evaluation, design, and governance, with a proven record of implementing effective risk mitigation strategies
- Proficient architectural and engineering knowledge in core infrastructure technologies for networking, compute, storage & backup solutions with experience of cloud provider products & services
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive-level strategic decision-making and translating technology insights into business strategies for senior executives
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or similar industry-recognized risk and risk certifications are preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or an Engineering related discipline
- Experience supporting regulatory engagements and audits aligned to FFIEC financial industry guidelines
