- Technical expertise in vehicle repairability
- Previous experience as a service technician or field expert is an asset
- Experience as a Techline and areas related to customer satisfaction in the automotive industry
- Diagnostic tools, and process knowledge. (OBD, CONSULT III+, DRV, Midtronics, Borescope, compress meter)
- Multicultural and cross-functional mindset
- Ability to communicate on all levels to dealers, RBUs, NSCs, Techline Engineers and management inside and outside the organization
- Good written and oral English skills, including industry terminology; and fluent in at least one European language (B1 level)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently & as part of a team
- Experience in the automotive or equivalent industry
- Mechanical or electrical technician degree and Master Tech (or industry equivalent) certifications
