The opportunity:
Transforming complex information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content, empowering users to understand, use, and achieve their goals with products or services effectively and efficiently.

How you’ll make an impact:

• You will prepare product manuals and maintains them in accordance with the index defined by the project teams.

• You will organize final project documents and maintains them in the internal/external archives.

• You will prepare technical literature for products installed in IMP projects.

• You will coordinate with different suppliers for their respective product / component document and integrate with the main project documentation.

• You will operate the document management systems required by the Engineering teams.

• You will maintain lists of documents, codes documents, ensures that the reviews, numbering, distribution, filing and registration are in compliance with procedures.

• You will maintain control of approved documents and templates at a centralized location to ensure that latest revision is always referred.

• You will apply company procedures related to documentation correctly.

• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

• You hold a bachelor's degree.

• You should have minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in documentation and reporting in a production facility/ factory environment.

• Sound knowledge of working with Adobe indesign tool, Adobe suite of documentation tools.

• Experience in engaging with multiple project teams to gather project data for report generation.

• Shall be a self-driven individual.

• Good communication skills.
