What will you be responsible for?
- Collaborate closely with the Product Engineering team to deliver scalable and reliable solutions
- Participate in end-to-end DevOps initiatives, addressing real-world challenges in network operations
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams to plan, estimate, and execute deliverables
- Apply industry-relevant estimation techniques to support project planning and execution
- Demonstrate strong team collaboration and ownership while driving outcomes
- Continuously learn and adopt new technologies to stay current with industry trends
- Leverage network domain expertise (preferred) to enhance solution design and troubleshooting
What do we require?
- Linux/Unix administration (Redhat/Centos preferred)
- Strong coding skills in Python combined with problem-solving skills
- Experience with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud
- In depth knowledge of Docker containers and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with Helm charts and terraform scripting.
- Proficient in troubleshooting skills with proven abilities in resolving complex technical issues.
- Hands on experience with CI and CD tools (Jenkins, Nexus, Gitlab Etc.)
- Experience in working with microservices environments.
- Strong inclination for automation and test-driven development.
- Strong work ethic and ability to own projects/components
What do we desire?
- Experience with anyone of the web development frameworks (Flask/Django/Bottle) and experience with restful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Configuration Management tools like ansible/puppet
- Experience in VMware/OpenStack/KVM/Proximo platform management is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Istio, Amazon EKS and GKE
- Working knowledge on NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
- Working Knowledge of ELK, Kibana, Grafana and Hashi Corp Vault/Consul.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
