Your Role
We are looking for Engineering Team Manager whose role is to Ensure projects and programs are aligned with the strategic plan of the organization and responsible for the software test delivery.
- Preferably looking for candidates with 10+Years of Experience.
- Relevant experience in ADAS product features testing, Infotainment, Automotive testing
- Experience with various data loggers, debugging tools
- Strong Software testing concepts, test methods, data logging
- Experience with people management, leading 10-15 people technically
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
- Bachelor’s degree or Masters degree in engineering discipline (IT/EE/EC/CS/Instrumentation/Robotics).
- Exposure to Communication protocol : CAN, LIN, MOST, Flex Ray, Ethernet and Diagnostics
- Experience in Test process and methodologies for Software testing(SWE5 and SWE6)
- Experience in achieving A-SPICE process compliance
- Define the program controls or the processes, procedures, reporting, to manage the program
- Plan the overall program and monitor progress to ensure that milestones are being met across various projects and programs
- Plan the program budget
- Manage the risks and issues that might arise throughout the program life cycle and take measures to correct them when they occur
- Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies between the various projects and programs in the program
- Manage and use resources across the various projects in the program
- Scale and lead testing teams at new sites, driving collaboration with global test teams across APTIV technical centers.
- Manage stakeholders who are involved in the program
- Exposure to agile development process
- Know-how on Functional Safety standards and Testing
- Hands on experience with JIRA, Polarion Soft Skills
