Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and troubleshoot
- Monitor and troubleshoot in house banking applications.
- Banking application /Upgrade activity, DB Migration support etc.
- Must have experience in L1/L2 Support – Diagnosis, investigation, resolution, coordination with business, Application owners, Infrastructure support.
- Work on server health check-up and constant remediation to keep memory health in check through SPLUNK and Dynatrace
- Validate morning processing and alert generation process are complete for all the Clients.
- New Client onboarding production & contingency servers that includes setting up file system and database for Brookfield, Premier, Precision and Signature cores.
- Determines how to best implement the requested changes / customization. This includes working with Development staff, Product Managers, QA staff and / or other Business Analysts.
- Incidents Handling within SLA defined
- Change management for various implementations and deployments.
- Audit Management - RFI and RFD.
- RITM - EPM File Transmissions/MOVEit; Provisioning Support Request, login into Dev environment etc.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience with exposure to Windows and Web applications (Banking domain will be preferable)
- Must have knowledge of Windows Server deployments and upgrades.
- Working knowledge of Failover Cluster manager and MS SQL queries.
- Must have familiarity with Batch/Transaction Processing, process validation techniques, SSL and other hosting environments.
- Must have experience with ServiceNow tool.
- Experience with Moogsoft, Splunk & Dynatrace tools
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills since this position requires extensive communication between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Minimum 7+ years experience
