This role involves defining a technical roadmap with engineering, managing and prioritizing the product backlog in tools like Rally or Jira, and translating business needs into detailed technical requirements and user stories. The manager collaborates closely with Agile teams for sprint planning and delivery, oversees system integrations for compatibility, and partners with QA to maintain quality standards. Additionally, they clarify technical challenges, balance trade-offs, and ensure that all solutions align with customer needs and usability expectations.

Primary Responsibility:

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience as a TPM
- Experience navigating global, cross-functional environments and driving initiatives across multiple business units
- Deep knowledge of Agile practices
- Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and tools like Figma
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in Rally and Aha! for planning and tracking
- Proven excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to influence outcomes across complex initiatives and lead meetings with senior leadership
- Proven ability to coach teams, manage OKRs, and contribute to product maturity and innovation
