The Integrated Services Software Team is looking for a talented and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team and lead the development, enhancement, and extension of our Fleet Management platform. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining strategy and where we go, and driving the delivery of innovative features to meet the evolving needs of our customers. 

In this position... 

As a Technical Product Manager you will not directly lead people, but you will play a crucial part in creating clarity for our teams to execute. The ideal candidate understands that speaking is the least effective way to be heard, plans exceptionally well, thinks about outcomes as a matter of habit and then figures out how we get there, and has experience balancing all these at scale. However, above all the ideal candidate knows how to dream and is well versed in helping people plan from a dream to a reality.   

The ideal candidate will be a multifaceted professional who blends technical expertise, analytical thinking, and business acumen to extract knowledge and insights from data.

Responsibilities

What you'll do…

  • Manage the technical implementation of Fleet Management products.
  • Drive the lifecycle of a product from ideation, using user research, to launch and land success metrics, and continue iterating on the product to improve your user’s journey.
  • Obsess over areas of the user experience and pain points.
  • Support writing of Technical Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
  • Partner closely with Product, User Experience (UX), and other cross functional teams to create, drive, and deliver an innovative, compelling, and user-friendly experience to your user
Qualifications

ou'll have... 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering in fields like computer science, electronics or similar.
  • 5 years of Product Management experience
  • 3+ years’ experience directly working with technical teams (engineers)
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple assignments and deliver with minimal supervision.
  • Strong cross-functional relationship building and communication skills. 

Even better, you may have…

  • Experience collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders across various functions (like engineering, UX/UI, sales, etc.) and organizational levels, including in matrixed structures.
  • Proven ability to translate product vision into actionable engineering/technical requirements and workflows, driving the development of technical products (such as large-scale systems or consumer mobile applications).
  • Familiarity with fleet management, connected vehicle services, or cloud technologies.
  • A customer-centric mindset coupled with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and passionate about fostering inclusion.
