- Bachelor’s degree in engineering in fields like computer science, electronics or similar.
- 5 years of Product Management experience
- 3+ years’ experience directly working with technical teams (engineers)
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple assignments and deliver with minimal supervision.
- Strong cross-functional relationship building and communication skills.

- Experience collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders across various functions (like engineering, UX/UI, sales, etc.) and organizational levels, including in matrixed structures.
- Proven ability to translate product vision into actionable engineering/technical requirements and workflows, driving the development of technical products (such as large-scale systems or consumer mobile applications).
- Familiarity with fleet management, connected vehicle services, or cloud technologies.
- A customer-centric mindset coupled with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and passionate about fostering inclusion.
