Job Description
As a Product Owner
· Define the product roadmap by collaborating with stakeholders.
· Actively grooming the backlog.
· Participate with stakeholders to translate requirements to user stories and define acceptance criteria. You will ensure that user stories and defects in the product backlog are clear, complete and prioritized.
· Review the implementation of each Sprint Backlog.
· Responsible for delivering a quality product release
· Collaborate closely with the Scrum team and provide guidance and direction to the team as and when needed.
· Own your team's existing or new products, from ideation, and development, to launch, growth, and maintenance.
· Have technical discussions with engineers regarding approaches, requirements, and more.
· Good to have prior knowledge of technical products as a product owner.
Skills must have:
· Should be from Java background and has experience in architecture, deployment and scaling of microservices-based architecture on AWS/Azure cloud platform
· High analytical and technical understanding and a strong business sense that guides ROI-based prioritization.
· Experience developing product(s) from zero to the first release and beyond
· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
· Working experience with geographically distributed teams
· Experience with Agile development Methodology using SCRUM
Total Experience Expected: 08-11 years
Qualifications
Bachelor's or higher engineering degree in Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent additional professional experience.
