Job Summary
The CEE Business AI Strategy and Operations team is looking for a Technical Project Manager - Data and Governance to act as a signal controller for our organization. In this role, you will own the end-to-end health of the reporting ecosystem, with a heavy focus on Salesforce assets and the strategic migration of visual assets to modern platforms. You are responsible for removing the noise of redundant reports and redistributing organizational demand toward automated, AI-assisted insights.
This role is a key partner for internal product teams and executive leadership, providing the technical and strategic insights needed to mature our data functions and set the standard for how we measure business value. What You Will DoProject Leadership & Execution: Lead and manage multiple concurrent project workstreams with minimal supervision. You will develop and execute strategic plans to meet objectives, scope, and sprint goals, ensuring compliance with project management standards and methodologies.
Salesforce Reporting & Unified Governance: Act as a guardian of data integrity by leading a governance framework that ensures our data is usable and secure. You will eliminate reporting noise and implement a single-source-of-truth across Salesforce data assets through rigorous role-based access controls and standardized data definitions.
Adaptive Platform Transition: Lead the strategy and execution for migrating front-end visualization assets as our business intelligence tools may evolve, ensuring value-integrity through the shift.
Operational Excellence: Shift the organization from ad-hoc reporting to scalable data products that drive action and empower associates with deep customer context and operational intelligence.
AI Frontier Exploration: Pilot and implement AI-driven analytics, including Natural Language Querying, Predictive Insights, and anomaly detection within Salesforce and BI tools to accelerate decision-making.
Stakeholder Synergy: Partner with stakeholders and Business Intelligence & Engineering teams to translate high-level business vision into actionable technical requirements.
Inventory Optimization: Audit the existing report inventory to eliminate value-eroding noise and foster a culture of innovation and optimization.
Metric Reporting: Advise stakeholders on impact measurements and provide clear visibility through advanced data products.
Risk & Issue Resolution: Exercise good judgment to identify and resolve project-related issues and risks. You will prepare and present project status updates, providing clear recommendations to mitigate risks that impact project success.
Proven experience in global technical teams creating measurable impact against business outcomes.
Ability to work with minimal instruction, prioritizing work effectively and exercising good judgment to resolve complex project hurdles.
Professional experience managing data sources and complex data pipelines.
A solid understanding of data visualization tools like Tableau and Preset
Proficiency in the concepts and vocabulary of data science, AI engineering, and data analysis.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights for both technical teams and executive audiences.
Professional experience establishing, maturing, and scaling new technical functions or teams.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks or AI evaluations is a plus
