Technical Project Manager
We are looking for a technically literate and delivery-focused Technical Project Manager to lead and govern complex IT engagements across a diverse technology portfolio. The ideal candidate brings strong project management discipline combined with practical knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, Agentic AI, RPA, and established platforms including eCommerce, .NET, and CMS.
You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timely execution, and effective stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle. Experience in Finance or Supply Chain Management (SCM) domains will be an added advantage.
- Own end-to-end project delivery across multiple IT engagements.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery plans.
- Manage client communication and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, architects, and business analysts.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and change requests.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies or Waterfall delivery based on project needs.
- Collaborate with AI/ML, RPA, eCommerce, .NET, and CMS teams.
- Ensure delivery quality, SLA compliance, and governance standards.
- Support pre-sales activities including estimations and proposal reviews.
- 8–12 years of IT experience with at least 4 years in Project Management.
- Strong experience in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
- Project planning, resource management, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML, Agentic AI, RPA, eCommerce, .NET, CMS, APIs, Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), DevOps, and Cybersecurity.
- Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, Slack, Power BI/Tableau.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, MCA, MBA, or equivalent.
- PMP, Prince2, CSM, or SAFe certification preferred.
- Experience in Finance (AP/AR, P2P, Invoicing) or Supply Chain Management (Procurement, Inventory, Logistics) is a strong advantage.
- Azure or AWS Cloud certifications are a plus.
